ABOUT YOUR HYPNOTHERAPIST Margaret developed an interest in hypnotherapy when she learnt how it could overcome phobias,
and she later broadened her knowledge by reading many books on the subject. She trained with the London College of Clinical
Hypnosis, and was awarded a Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis, and a Diploma awarded by the British Medical Hypnotherapy Examination
Board. A professional body of psychiatrists and medical practitioners who govern the use of hypnosis in a clinical setting. She has attended many specialist courses on different aspects of hypnosis, including treating
panic attacks and phobias, stress management and counselling. She is a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis
and is on their register of practising hypnotherapists. She is also on the NHS Register of Hypnotherapists. Margaret works privately with clients at her two practices in Manchester, where many of
her referrals come from GP's and satisfied ex-clients, and she is recognised as one of the areas most successful clinical
hypnotherapists treating a variety of conditions such as phobias, panic attacks, anxiety, stress, confidence building, public-speaking,
driving test, exam or interview nerves. Another area of her work is with local
business organisations who refer employees with problems that affect their work and she has helped to implement company 'stress
managment programmes' and 'anti-bullying programmes'. She also runs several stress management and relaxation workshops
for companies and private individuals.
